The only field I saw this year was the Penn Yan field. And I saw it a lot. It is an amazing field, with awesome management. Everyone of their games was a blast.

As far as just having fun, the first OP (Insertion) and the last OP (Hazardous Containment 1) were the most fun I've had in a while.

Without stating what has already been said, as far as games go, i really liked the idea of having a continuing theme for multiple fields. The 2 part Halloween Op between Penn Yan and Ransomville was great.

My first time at the Penn Yan field. it was FANTASTIC! … I only got out a couple times this year and Penn Yan is defiantly my new favoritest place ever. I will be coming back for certain.

I only made HC at Penn Yan, but for a first op I must say I was impressed. I come from a re-enacting background (5+ years of WWII) and I saw many very VERY good things. I must admit that I did not see half the bickering about hits on the field that I see from men twice the collective age of airsoft participants

When it was only me, Squab, Quicksnap and Mantis making the first incursion into the infected village, it was the first time Ive actually been legitimatly scared at a zombie game.
You guys have an excellent field for zombie game, and the daytime rotations were awesome too!

Yes, that was the first time in a zombie game i was actually infected the right way. Not a blaze of glory, just overwhelmed by- HOLY CRAP WHERE'D THAT ONE COME FROM!

I've gotta say this, I've played at Penn Yan 3 times over the last 2 years, and from our original outting there, then this past spring, till now, the BOA guys have this shit tied up.
The field is fantastic......the guys put their all into it to make sure everyone has a good time......if you've got a chance to go to a RRH/BOA event, do it!

Great event as usual. That horde at the end was just ridiculous. From what I hear it was hard not to blow your cover with ~20 zombies packed into the 2 room building.

But it was put to good use! Talking to the jailed man and then turning around to see 3 of my squadmates get mauled scared the hell out of me and me and quicksnap booked it. Best zombie game I have been to! and the daytime OP was awesome! The BOAH guys always put on a great game!

I had a great time! Got to try out that little shotgun, which ended up working beautifully in defending the command post during the second rotation. The zombie game was great too. I heard my girlfriend scream, then the other girl on my team, I fired in to the crowd of zombies/my squadmates, hoping to shoot my squad before they would be turned and then while backing away and reloading my shotty I got drilled from the left. Still not sure who it was honestly. haha. And being zombies wasn't too bad either.

BOA, Excellent Op!
Had a very good time and am looking forward to digging in and continuing to play this bizarre and crazy game. Been contemplating about given in and being done with this hobby. But after the early arrival and the helping Bond in the morning and looking at the field, I know that I would be cheating myself out of enjoying what could be the best of what is to come of airsoft. Thank you Bond, Dobey, Steve, and Dave(Guns) for showing me the light at the end of the tunnel. I really had a great time, and I can't wait for next year.

I enjoyed herding cats with a radioman who went completely off the reservation. Wish I could have stayed longer for the epic battle but duty calls (well, it called Joel -- I went home and took a nap).
