Black Ops Airsoft is the pre-eminent skirmish field constructed exclusively for the sport of airsoft located in New York State. BOA offers over fifty acres of woods, open fields, a well established MOUT Facility, and a fortified sandbag base with surrounding foxholes reinforced with sandbags. Black Ops Airsoft has something to offer for everyone.
Black Ops Airsoft offers a message board forum for all of the players who wish to communicate with each other while away from the field. The forums are the best way to stay in touch with everything that is happening at the field and with all Black Ops Airsoft events. Check the forums regularly to stay up to date.

Without stating what has already been said, as far as games go, i really liked the idea of having a continuing theme for multiple fields. The 2 part Halloween Op between Penn Yan and Ransomville was great.

My first time at the Penn Yan field. it was FANTASTIC! … I only got out a couple times this year and Penn Yan is defiantly my new favoritest place ever. I will be coming back for certain.

I only made HC at Penn Yan, but for a first op I must say I was impressed. I come from a re-enacting background (5+ years of WWII) and I saw many very VERY good things. I must admit that I did not see half the bickering about hits on the field that I see from men twice the collective age of airsoft participants

BOA: Rules Updates
New Rules and Regulations for the 2010 Season.
Feet Per Second Restructure:
Black Ops Airsoft is constantly striving to improve the sport of airsoft and the safety of the players. To do this BOA analyzed the current FPS Limits and found a flaw in the numerical data. These errors have been corrected. Check the new FPS Limits.
The 2010 construction season has begun. Although the field is shut down for all game play that does not mean the staff of Black Ops Airsoft is not busy improving the field for the 2010 playing season. The first project under construction is the new Control Room. The Control Room is completely sealed with plexiglass windows allowing spectators to view game play from a safe secured location goggle free.
The Control Room will house the field props and field tools. Also a new PA System is going to be installed which will be located in the Control Room. A sound system will be wired into the PA System as well too allow sound affects to played over the PA System.

December 2009 - Updates
New Photographs have been added to the The Field. More detailed photographs of the Village | Bunkers | Property have been added to the site. Also more Players and Skirmish photographs have been added to their respective categories. If anyone has photographs that they would like to share taken at any Black Ops Airsoft event email them to us, or post them on the message board.
A new FPS Structure will be implemented for the 2010 season. More information can be found in rules section
BOA will be implementing weapon classifications for the new 2010 season. For a list of the classifications check the rules.
November 2009 - News
As of November 8th, 2009 all games will be suspended at the Black Ops Airsoft field for the fall / winter hunting season. After this year hunting season games will resume at the field based entirely on weather conditions. Check the message boards for dates of games.
